Join us for the very first time at The Filling Station—our first building at Indigo Commons—for an informative evening all about the live/work life made possible at Indigo.
At Indigo Commons, you'll have the freedom to grow your business while you grow your equity—just as you do when you purchase a home—without the constant worry of your rent going up. Choose from a collection of diverse configurations with a range of appropriately sized square footage options, designed specifically for small businesses, and rest easy knowing that the brick and mortar of your legacy can be passed along.
Enjoy complimentary beverages from With Good Spirits and fresh halal fare from Fadi's while you mingle with fellow entrepreneurs and community members. We’ll have special giveaways too—including goodies from our very own Indigo Farm.
This event is for businessowners only. Stay tuned for future events for realtors, residents, and home shoppers.

An important chapter
Guest Speakers | Light Bites | Beer + Wine
As we continue our journey with Indigo, we aim to lead the way for generations that will follow us, cultivating a resilient community that will grow and thrive on its own. We’re beyond excited for our full bellied future, but a big part of who we are also comes from where we’ve been. That’s why we’ve teamed up with the Fort Bend Museum to bring you our next local event—A History of Indigo.
Join us for a night at the museum with light bites, beer & wine (21+), and an expert panel of some very special individuals who will share a range of insights into the history of the land. Moderated by Meristem Communities (Indigo’s developer), the conversation is sure to be thoughtful and eye-opening. Get to know about our history, sample local produce from Agmenity, and support an organization that has spent more than 50 years preserving the history of Fort Bend County. Tickets are $15 per person and will include food & drink, and 100% of proceeds will go to the Fort Bend Museum.
Featuring panelists
Rudy De La Cruz, Jr., Texas Heritage Project of AITSCM
Dr. Theresa Jach, Author, Professor & Historian
Makenzie Uwe, Fort Bend Museum
Moderated by
Meristem Communities
Food + drink provided by
Agmenity (cultivator of Indigo’s farm)
The Twisted Board
While the evening’s first order of business is our history, we will—of course—be happy to answer your questions about Indigo, too. We’ll have all of our most recent floor plans on hand, as well as some extra special Indigo swag. Spoiler alert, it’s new and you want it ;)
Space is limited for this event, so be sure to get your tickets while you still can. We hope to see you soon!
